We adopt D.T.D.C Desolventizer machine, full negative pressure evaporation, and paraffin recycling equipment at the same time. The equipment is of high quality, featuring advanced technology, high safety, interlocking control, automatic control, stable operation, low consumption, low oil residue, and high-quality final products.
The oil production line mainly includes pretreatment machines, oil press machines, extraction plants, crude oil refining plants, and oil dewaxing plants. The screw oil machine can press many other oil crops, such as rice bran, corn germ, peanut, sesame, rapeseed, sunflower seed, tea seed, soybean seed, and so on. We can design specific project plans according to your raw materials and target capacity.

Canola oil, or canola for short, originally known as low erucic acid rapeseed, is a vegetable oil derived from a variety of rapeseed that is low in erucic acid, as opposed to colza oil. There are both edible and industrial forms produced from the seed of any of several cultivars of the plant family.
Because of its light flavor, high smoke point, and smooth texture, canola oil is one of the most versatile cooking oils. You can use it in a number of dishes and cooking methods, such as:
Pretreatment flow: Oil seeds → Magnetic box → Cleaning Sieve → Flaking roll → Cooker → Oil prepressing → Cakes → Solvent Extraction workshop.
Solvent Extraction flow: Solvent → Extractor → Mixed oil → 1st and 2nd evaporation → Stripping tower → Crude oil.
