Sunflower protein power is also known as sunflower seed protein powder. The degreased sunflower seed cake was used as raw material to remove the protein products from the shell, chlorogenic acid, caffeic acid and other phenolic acids. The main components were globulin (about 70%-79%), followed by albumin and a small amount of glutenin and gliadin. In the amino acid composition, lysine content is lower, while other essential amino acids content is higher.
