1. If stock specifications match your needs, you can obtain free samples from us; you only need to cover the express shipping fee or arrange for a courier to collect the samples.
2. If they are OEM custom products, we will manufacture the samples according to your specifications and requests, then send them to you for confirmation before mass production.
Usually, the MOQ is 25KG for bulk cargo, and sample orders can be accepted starting from 1kg.

We accept payment via telegraphic transfer (T/T), Western Union, and PayPal.
Normally, standard orders will be delivered within 5 working days after payment confirmation, except for custom OEM products which may require additional time.
First, we will verify the production records and test the retained batch sample to identify the root cause, and then provide you with an optimal solution.
If the problem is confirmed to be on our side, we will send a replacement batch of goods or issue a refund in accordance with our return policy. If the issue is caused by third-party logistics, we will assist in filing an insurance claim to protect the interests of both parties.
