First, please send us an inquiry to let us know your requirements. Second, we will send you a complete quote including the shipping cost. Third, confirm the order and send the payment/deposit. Fourth, we will arrange production or deliver goods after receiving the bank receipt.

We can provide GMP, ISO22000, HACCP, BRC, KOSHER, MUI HALAL, ISO9001, ISO14001, and Third-Party Test Reports, such as SGS or BV.

Q3Are you professional with export logistics service and document legalization?

Yes. We have more than 10 years of experience in logistics and after-sales service. We are highly familiar with document legalization processes, including CCPIT/Embassy legalization, and pre-shipment inspection certificates (COC certificates) depending on the buyer's request.

Q4Can you provide samples?

We are able to provide samples for pre-shipment quality approval and trial production, supporting our partners in developing business together.

Q5What packages and branding options can you provide?

We offer original branding and also OEM based on customer requests. The packaging can be customized down to small packages like 1kg/bag or 1kg/tin upon the buyer's demand.

Q6What are the payment and delivery conditions?

We accept payment terms such as T/T, L/C, D/P, Western Union, etc. Delivery conditions include EXW, FOB, CIF, CFR, CPT, CIP, DDU, or express shipping via DHL/FEDEX/TNT. Shipments can be arranged as Mixed FCL, FCL, LCL, or via airline, vessel, and train transportation.
