Working Principle
A screw oil press works by using a rotating screw shaft to mechanically squeeze oil out of seeds as they are fed into a pressing chamber. The screw's gradually decreasing pitch and increasing root diameter reduce the available volume, creating high pressure and friction that forces the oil through the chamber's gaps. The friction also generates heat, which denatures proteins and reduces oil viscosity, further aiding oil extraction and improving yield.
